چکیده
Objective: Gallbladder cancer (GBC) is the most common biliary tract malignancy found worldwide with very high incidence in North India especially Delhi region. It characterized by poor prognosis and ineffective treatment advanced stage. The aim of this study was to evaluate EGFR HER2/neu immunoexpression patients correlate it clinicopathological parameters so as identify GBC who can benefit from targeted therapy. Methods: Present conducted Department Pathology, Hamdard Institute Medical Sciences & Research, New Delhi. A total 40 cases carcinoma were evaluated for Immunohistochemical expression HER2/neu. Clinicopathological studied correlated HER2 /neu. Result: mean age 55.9 years 90% being females. On histopathology, 34(85%) conventional adenocarcinoma. positive 29/40 (72.5%). significantly more poorly differentiated grade stages gall bladder (P<0.05). 13/40 (32.5%). well Immunoexpression inversely related association statistically significant. Conclusion: Among patients, 72.5% 32.5%, respectively. Significant seen stage cancers while significant carcinomas. To conclude, these two markers be used predictive prognostic respectively, rationale further explore use anti-HER2 anti- therapy cancer.

Study the Expression of CD10 in Prostate Carcinoma and its Correlation with Various Clinicopathological Parameters
Background and Objective: Adenocarcinoma of the prostate is the second most common cause of cancer. The loss of CD10 is a common early event in human prostate cancer and is seen in lower Gleason Score malignancies while increased and altered expression is seen in high Gleason Score tumors, lymph nodes and bone metastasis. Material and Methods: This was a ...
متن کاملAssociation between Osteopontin and EGFR Expression with Clinicopathological Parameters in Hepatocellular Carcinoma.
Osteopontin (OPN) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) are important factors associated with tumor progression, invasion and metastasis in humans. The aim of this study was to assess the correlation of OPN and EGFR expression with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) progression. Expression of OPN and EGFR was assessed by immunohistochemistry in 100 HCC specimens. Immunostaining scores (0 t...
متن کاملClinicopathological study of gall bladder carcinoma with special reference to gallstones: our 8-year experience from eastern India.
Gallbladder carcinoma (GBC) is the commonest cancer of the biliary tree and the most frequent cause of death from biliary malignancies. The incidence of GBC shows prominent geographic, age, race, and gender-related differences and is 4-7 times higher in patients with gallstones. This prompted us to study the clinicopathological aspects of the disease and the incidence of gallstones in gallbladd...
